Mark Hanson is a housing analyst. He’s also the go-to housing analyst for my investing guru, Bill Fleckenstein.

Now comes Bloomberg.com which slapped this headline on a 10/7/13 posting:
A Lonely Housing Bear Predicts A Big Tumble.
Keep in mind: Housing bears were very isolated in the 2003-2007 period.
And then the FIT hit the shan . . .
