Society Hill Towers condo renovation

As electrical subcontractor on this project, I complied with stringent licensing and insurance credentialing, and schedule requirements of the high-rise Society Hill Towers condo owners’ association and delivered the electrical portion of the kitchen and bath renovation in close step with primary contractor Bedrock PA Development Corporation.

The overall renovation included new floors, trim and paint throughout, and new kitchen and bath plumbing and electrical fixtures, layout and cabinets.

For electrical, I worked creatively from existing circuits run in cement partition walls to provide enhanced lighting and new outlets for refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher appliances, as well as new and moved lighting fixture locations.
