This means radical rethinking on regulation and fees for hydraulic fracture drilling for shale gas, and renewed commitments to supporting renewable energy investment here in Pennsylvania.
Old-guard energy money talks, but organized people alive to their own and their children’s interests, together with a nacent renewables industry, still can talk louder.
