Should I buy a home powered from a Federal Pacific stab-lok breaker panel?

Cursory analysis and anecdotes from fellow electricians leads me to recommend ‘strong sell’.

I have no direct experience with Federal Pacific panels or their stab-lok breakers failing, nor can I say whether there are some Federal Pacific product lines that fail and others that do not. This link has a scary anecdote that is probably typical:

This link to a Mike Holt forum reveals a consensus among participants that these Federal Pacific breakers are dangerous, and refers to home inspector trends in flagging the panels/breakers as hazards. Also, something about revoking the UL listing of this equipment:
