Our main focus at 4 Times Square was energy. We now realize that while energy is important, the real issue is making the building as healthy and efficient as possible for the occupants. To bring in more outside air, it takes more energy to turn the fans and to temper and clean the air. If you are just looking at energy efficiency, you are not getting the effect that we think you should.
