The 61p (PDF) annual report of the Better Buildings Alliance – which was set up by the US DOE, but includes numerous private and public entities as members — offers a lot of information on how to save energy in buildings. The Alliance claims to have “developed 3 new high-efficiency technology specifications in the last year.”
It might be worth a scan.
